COVID-19

Dear Clients,

The British Veterinary Association and National Health Service has advised practices implement certain protocols to limit the potential spread of COVID-19. In order to comply with this, we have changed the way we will structure our appointment diary on a day to day basis.

  1. Client Health

If you are sick, please do not come to the practice. If your pet requires the urgent attention of a vet then please call us on 01223 359 021 in order for us to make arrangements for you.

2.Routine Appointments

We ask clients to make appointments for routine procedures such as vaccinations, worming and general health checks only where necessary. We are also offering telemedicine consultations. If you think your pet requires the urgent and immediate attention of the vet, please call us on 01223 359 021 so we can make arrangements to see you.

  1. Appointment slotsIn order to minimise the amount of people in the waiting room, we will now be allocating longer consultations to accommodate this. Should the waiting room be full, please notify us of your arrival and wait outside.

We ask that only one client brings the pet into the clinic to minimise contact

  1. Hygiene within the practice

Along with our routine daily cleaning, we will now be cleaning door handles, phones and card machines at regular intervals. Please avoid using cash and use contactless card payments where possible.

  1. Client Hygiene within the Practice

We strongly advise clients to wash their hands upon entering and exiting the practice. Soap, paper towels and hand sanitiser will be provided.

We thank you in advance for your cooperation.

With Kind Regards,

The Clarendon Street Team
