Request a prescription

You can order a repeat prescription for your pet using the form below. Please note that all prescription requests are reviewed by a vet and an appointment may be required before a repeat prescription can be provided. When we receive your request we’ll contact you and let you know if you need to visit or when your prescription will be ready.

It is really helpful if you can give us 48 hours notice for repeat prescriptions as this gives us time to order any medications, dispense them and get them checked by one of the vets. However we appreciate that this is not always possible, so if your prescription is time dependant, please do not use this form, call us on 01223 359021.
